The second meeting of the Central Mississippi Branch of the American Meteorological Society was held at 7 PM on Thursday, November 8th the Medical Center Branch of the Deposit Guaranty Bank on the corner of North State Street and Lorenz Boulevard in Jackson.
Business included the election of officers and formal adoption of the constitution. Membership was open to anyone interested in meteorology who would agree to abide by the rules of the American Meteorological Society. Refreshments were served.
